SMS Opt-In process

At On A Roll Trucking Inc., we ensure that customers provide clear and informed consent before receiving SMS updates. Our SMS notifications are strictly transactional and are designed to provide real-time updates related to your delivery, such as delivery confirmations, delays, and shipment notifications.

How We Collect SMS Opt-In Consent

Consent to receive SMS notifications is gathered during the customer or carrier registration process. Customers and carriers provide their phone numbers and explicitly indicate their consent for SMS updates in one of the following ways:

1. During Carrier Registration

When carriers are registered in our system, their contact information is entered into the "Carrier Contact Detail" screen. During this process:

  • The carrier's phone number is entered in the Mobile Phone field.
  • The SMS Opt-In checkbox is selected to confirm the carrier’s consent to receive SMS updates related to their delivery activities.
  • The opt-out date can also be logged, should the carrier choose to stop receiving SMS notifications in the future.

During Carrier Registration

2. During Customer Registration

When customers are registered in our system, their contact information is entered into the "Customer Contact Detail" screen. During this process:

  • The customer's phone number is entered in the Mobile Phone field.
  • The SMS Opt-In checkbox is selected to confirm the customer’s consent to receive SMS updates related to their delivery and shipment statuses.
  • The opt-out date is recorded if the customer decides to unsubscribe from SMS notifications.

During Customer Registration

Key Information

  • By providing their phone numbers and checking the SMS Opt-In box, customers and carriers confirm their agreement to receive transactional SMS updates from On A Roll Trucking Inc.
  • All SMS communications are strictly related to delivery and shipment updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
  • Customers and carriers can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or contacting our support team.
